Best Mattress... Again!

I got a new Emma mattress in November – and originally was pleased with it. But, as with all these memory foam mattresses, the side I sleep on has now sagged and dipped, and I am getting back pain again. I swivelled my mattress round today, and the other side is so much higher and firmer. I really like memory foam/pocket springs, but is there any way to get a mattress that doesn’t end up sagging after a few months?

Fender- That’s interesting- I can’t tolerate springs these days, everything has to have memory foam all over it. But when I was younger I had an amazing horsehair mattress, which I found incredibly comfortable!
I've been told that memory foam mattresses are not suitable for people with restless leg syndrome? Is that true?
I bought a Silentnight Miracoil to replace a (too hard) Sealy Posturepaedic. It was cheap - £190 king size. Had it 2 years & it's fine for me, think it has a thin layer of memory foam.

What I don't get is that it's recommended to change your mattress every 7 or 8 years but some come with 10 or 15 years guarantee!
I wonder what the company does with the mattresses returned under the 200 day guarantee
I bought a viscolastic mattress 7 years ago for about 200 euros, and its still feels as good as new now. I have to admit it did take a few weeks at the beginning to get used to it.

Barry- they re-sell them! For about £150, as ‘reconditioned’. I guess they only sell the ones still in good nick, but I wouldn’t want to buy a second hand one.
Thanks, Scarlett. Have you told them to collect your mattress under the 200 day guarantee?
We've been using Emma mattress for more than three years. It is very comfortable and is still like new.

Lisa - have you been turning your Emma mattress and does it seem to re-inflate after doing so?
Barry- yes I have asked them.
