None of the 4300 religions existed at the time, so the bible wouldn't have mentioned them.
In any case, why is god so thin-skinned that his first commandment is that human animals should worship and obey because he is angry and vengeful and jealous of other gods? It's all very childish and Trump-like.

The way I see it.
For those who know their bit about the Bible, Gen 1:1 In beginning God created the heavens and earth. Then from Genesis-11 when the earth continued to be one language. Up to then only Jehovah was worshipped.
Then they said let us build a city for ourselves, and make name for “ourselves” and celebrated it. But Jehovah but a stop to it, he confuse the language, It was name Ba’bel that why we have all the languages of today.
And then they went off made their Gods
Isaiah 44 Say it all- Here A man who cut down a tree.
15 Then it becomes fuel for a man to make fires.
He takes part of it to warm himself;
He builds a fire and bakes bread.
But he also makes a god and worships it.
He makes it into a carved image, and he bows down before it.+
16 Half of it he burns up in a fire;
With that half he roasts the meat that he eats, and he is satisfied.
He also warms himself and says:
“Ah! I am warm as I watch the fire.”
17 But the rest of it he makes into a god, into his carved image.
He bows down to it and worships it.
He prays to it and says:
“Save me, for you are my god.”+
18 They know nothing, they understand nothing,+
Because their eyes are sealed shut and they cannot see,
And their heart has no insight.
And that the sad state of affairs, and hasn’t change match since then.

Does Goodlife accept that there were a great, great many Christians who lived in the period from Jesus to when Charles Taze Russell appeared on the scene in the 1870's?
People need to be born again into the Kingdom of Heaven. All other religions are frankly a waste of time and effort, and will ultimately get you nowhere. The only way to God, and the only way to true peace and joy is through Jesus

I've asked a few JW's 'who were the 'True Christians' prior to the JW doctrines and have met with a blank stare and 'I'll look into it' kind of response....never to hear from them again.
