We just came back from Langdon Beck in Teesdale and its beautiful . We sat outside with a glass of wine and had to take our coats off!

It's amazing isn't it - no snow here at all, EVER ! It's even quite warm in the sun and yet just look at it in Newcastle. We have strange weather in this country, no doubt about it ...

bobbi it was great. OH has started to take Monday off instead of Saturday and we go somewhere every week -usually up the dales. It's a great idea as things are not as busy (usually) on a Monday. We were sat in the beer garden with just two other families overlooking the Fell, lovely. We said next week we would have a meal there but it could be under 2 inches of snow next week -its only about a mile from a ski slope!
