I sent a parcel with Parcel2go via Hermes which never arrived. They have admitted it was lost.
Parcel2 go are ignoring my emails, it's impossible to contact P2G directly and I've had to go through Resolver which hasn't worked either. I paid by credit card so how do I recover the payment for a service I have never received?

Was your parcel worth more than £100 .. if not then you will be wasting your time trying to claim under section 75.
P2g were fine when my parcel was lost. Am sure it was an online claim form. Log in to your account and follow links to claiming. Took a couple of weeks while they investigated but they paid up
As Alavahalf indicates, Section 75 only comes into play when the goods or services that you pay for cost a minimum of £100. Irrespective of the value of the goods inside your package, it's unlikely that you actually paid Parcel2Go a hundred pounds or more for their service.

Bob, I never registered that's why I'm being ignored.
Chair, the online assistant is virtual ie a computer and totally useless
Looks like I won't be able to claim the payment back.
Thanks for trying to help everyone.
I would approach your credit card company and see if you are covered for the loss through them.
