Is there a difference in them?
I'm looking for 6 teaspoons on ebay. I've found some I like but they are described as coffee spoons and are 11.7cm in length.
I would expect a teaspoon to be longer than that.
What do you think?

coffee spoons are generally smaller and shorter to go with the little after dinner coffee cups
Coffee spoons tend to be smaller as coffee is served in small cups.

(Except in my place where a large mug of coffee is de rigueur.)
Our teaspoons are 13 cm. long...and we don't have tea in the house, because we dislike it intensely. So our teaspoons are used for coffee.
Coffee spoons are often shorter as traditionally coffee was served in squatter cups.

I must admit I've never heard of coffee spoons. My teaspoons are used for tea and coffee which is served in mugs, so perhaps they will be too small.
Coffee spoons definitely smaller than teas spoons for smaller coffee cups and saucers
We’re posh so we have both ;)
