wow thats good. I take back what I said. I was convinced it was featherstone something and something like Seacombe (seek ham) These are tough! Never heard of some. An A-Z of NT places would be needed for me

Thank you Scorpiojo and everyone. I had pencilled in St Michael’s Mount but wasn’t sure, and could only come up with Flatford mill, thinking of grinding flour to make bread

Note - it is birds’ OUTWEAR , not outERwear. Not sure about this as it makes the apostrophe redundant.
dove cote sounds like dove coat (outer wear)
St Michael is the patron saint of, among many others, police officers. So St Michael's Mount looks good.
