Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

I suspect STABLEMAN as Stable lad would be 2 words.

19d. Shown in two rings with animal or eloquence (7) Assuming adjoining letters are correct it would be A???I?Y
I'm suspecting ABILITY or AGILITY

22a. Hairy beast (6) M?????
3rd letter possibly M and 5th letter possibly I unless I've got adjoining ones wrong. Thought it could be MOHAIR but that appears to be wrong as I believe 3rd letter may be M from adjoining clue 23d.

23d. One who cuts - money due to him outside (5) ??W?R
I suspect MOWER as a) it cuts b) it contains the word OWE as in money due and c) him outside covered by 1st and last letters being MR (mister)

Very sneaky and nasty this month so any help appreciated. I have previously asked a couple of these already but when one appears to be solved it makes another one wrong.
