Hi in the 1980's my English friend used to make a delicious Avocado Salad but unfortunately i never asked for the recipe. Can anyone post their tried and tested recipes please? Much appreciated.

In the lack of other replies.... we have had avocado toast today, with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In salads, chicken and bacon, Tuna, salade nicoise.
Do you have any other info about what you are looking for?

Pasta twists (white green and orange)
Prawns
Avocado
celery
Boil pasta and let cool
In a large bowl add a glug of olive oil add some freshly ground black pepper and lemon juice
add diced avocado and gently mix so its coated.
add prawns then the prawns and celery cut into 1 cm pieces.
gently mix and add another squirt of lemon juice and a couple of twists of black pepper on the pepper mill.

I once read of a scheme which aimed to produce petrol from avocados. Best use I can think of for them.
