Yes, give it a go.
A good start, a good finish, acceptable middle episodes apart from a couple of boring " stocking fillers".

Just finished it sqad. Great viewing . My only complaint Brian Cranston’s acting was awful . Re the ending ‘ you didn’t see that coming did you ‘? :-)

anne..I agree, the acting was a little exaggerated and no i didn't see that end coming.
What you and Mrs. S watching now sqad ?
Channel?
pot boiling
I think stocking fillers in Dickens' day ( and that was a dickens of a long time ago!) were called Pot boilers

perhaps even by the Great Men themselves. - the kool actors of today like dear Meghan must have a word for it

I will give it a go

Liked Valhalla and also Resistance 2011 with martin Sheen which is masquerading as Resistance 2019 - goes at the rate of a ewe lambing ( you know actually having one) but sort of catchy anyway

she watches crap in her room and I watch the good stuff 8n mine.......we never watch TV together.
No idea anne what I shall watch next.
Ken. I think sky Atlantic . I’ll check .
Sqad unless you have watched The Bridge already, i would recommend that. Not sure if its on BBC i player? or sky now...but worth time investing in. Danish / Swedish dark detective series. If you find it start series one, its subtitled but doesn't matter, its excellent

O.K emmie,will give it a go
Currently watching Godfather of Harlem (Forest Whittaker). It's on Starzplay but i can get it through i 'streaming package' i was bought for my birthday. A bit cliched, but decent enough viewing for those who like to see a bit of gore :-)
I'll have a look to see if i can get Your Honour but will leave it until i've watched Deutschland 89 on All 4.
Ta for the heads up, Sqad. Currently on episode 6 of Your Honour and thoroughly enjoying it. Also think that Brian Cranston is making a decent fist of his role, almost on a par with his Breaking Bad performance, imvho.
I’m plodding through it but I’m finding it a bit dreary and the actual picture is very dark.
Perfectly lit on my tv, Sherrard.
Really? I must be used to watching ‘brighter’ programmes(I watch a lot of American comedies, maybe they’re lit differently).
We've just finished watching this series.
We thought Bryan Cranston was his usual good self. Compelling viewing.
