Wall too wall cloud this morning, but it is warmer, not raining at the moment either! I hope the wind is warmer too when I have to go out! Not much shoplifting needed, just a few odds and ends.

the crisis team guy has contacted them again on my behalf, but still no joy. I don't know whether to contact them myself, but what do i say?

Explain why you have got in touch with them and then after telling them about your therapy ask how they can help? That might help.

LJ, i could do that, not sure if you have to be referred to them these days, i was before and used to see someone once a week. But that was long time ago. Will see what my crisis team guy has to say later this morning.
