Err,They have ben tried for a serious crime and given a ridiculousy short sentence,no mention of deportation.
Maybe they’ll be deported after it. But whether it’s a ridiculously short sentence or not, I’m not an expert on sentencing, it’s not even started yet.

ichkeria,if you actually read the article you will find the case is closed.
Yes the case is closed but, having reread just to check, they still have eight months to serve
I once sat on a jury trying illegal immigrants for an unrelated crime, and it was made quite clear that regardless of the verdict they would be deported (after serving any sentence if found guilty).

Hundreds are deported every year that are never reported by the Right Wing Media because it doesn't suit their agenda.
problem is they sneak back in, or really just walk off the ferry or plane.

Ichkeria:-They were each jailed for 16 months but will be released from prison having served eight months on remand. Done their time.
The men have been imprisoned for the crimes for which they were convicted.

Although there is no mention of it in the report, I would suggest that deportation is perfectly possible once their sentences are completed.

and deport the ilk.
