I have a samsung galaxy A70 and this morning the touchscreen suddenly stopped responding. I've tried holding the power button and volume up button together for a few seconds as advised but still no joy, any suggestions. Phone shops not open. Thanks in advance.

Try power and volume down together for 10 seconds
