I think it's easier for women though... mostly hormonal contraception is the cause. But men feel more embarrassed in general, I think. They also tend to avoid asking for help more with anything.

eve....a little anecdote. Royal Society of Medicine London 1986.
American professor gave a lecture on Erectile Dysfunction by injections directly into the penis. At the end of his dissertation, he unzipped his flies and pronounced in a broad American drole,pulling out an erect penis:
