I noticed last night that several books on my Amazon wish list are available at a reduced price for a limited period. This happened last year also. I could never find out how I got/earned these credits, nor was there a list of eligible books. I only found out by going through my wish list and clicking on individual books.
Does any body know about these?

i sometimes get credit to spend on kindle/mp3 if i elect not to have something delivered the next day
Are you signed up for marketing emails pasta? I've opted out of them but perhaps they only notify you if you allow them?

I've got stuff in my 'basket' and when I log in it tells me if the price has changed.

I've got the messages about price changes for items that are, or have been in my basket. I'll also see price drops if I scroll down my wish list.
This is different as I have to click on the actual book to see the reduction with my "credits". They are also only available for a limited time, the current offers expire in 3 days.
