Once again, thank you all for the time and input!
I have been taking vitD3 for a couple of years and recently with K2. Cod Liver Oil, flaxseed,hempseed/milk, sunflower seeds, oat bran plus run of the mill meals including meat (regrettably) as I could easily become vegetarian. In regard to my question, I kinda hoped someone would suggest a diet that could provide me with all vits. minerals & protein required for a senior male in small portions....Maybe not possible, I’m not sure.

Hopkirk; not sure about your “expensive urine”.....Can you explain please?
I give these to my housebound relatives all year round

Regarding Hopkirk's reply...excess intake of water soluble vitamins results in them being excreted in the urine.
