Series two of this started last night. We thought it very good, as we did the first series.
The Guardian, however, trashed it. Anyone watch it?

We watched it and thought it was very good . In the first series I remember her deleting the camera recording but don't recall what the problem is between her and the lad she has to work with.
I didn't see the first series, but watched last night and quite enjoyed it.
I don't think there is a problem other than he is now her superior yet she appears to be 'leading' the investigation. I've watched 2 qand a half episodes and it's looking as if they've sorted things out between them. And, as it really has no bearing on the story, that wasn't a spoiler :-)
As for the "Guardian trashing it", it is just one person's opinion. I never read what the critics have to say about any of the programmes i watch, preferring to make up my own mind. Stephenson in the Sunday Express is critical of most things other than reality tv?
Excellent,really gripping from the start
added bonus was watching the first episode
that I still had recorded enabled me to get
into it, great T.V.
Saw Series 1 and thought it was good. Not sweet and sugary like some series. Saw episode 1 of second series last night and thought it would also shape up to be enjoyable.

Absolutely not a spoiler ken. I think they’re beginning to sort it out after watching just the first episode..he’s appreciating her experience, empathy and dealing with people, and she called him ‘boss’ :)
I don’t think I ever seen her in a bad tv thing, she was the mum in The A Word wasn’t she?
^
Yes, she was, Vagus.
Just finished watching the whole of the series and it was just as good as the first two episodes had promised it would be. Lots of twists and turns and blind alleys and a quite satisfying outcome. Enjoy, people :-)

‘I’ve ever seen her’ that should be...
I know I watched and enjoyed the first series but can't remember what it was about. Can someone give me a clue to jog my memory? Thanks.
Thanks so much for that. I have read the link and remember now.
I watched all 6 episodes on ITV Hub last night. Brilliant, lots of twists and turns.

I watched it on ITV. A different angle on crime dramas, the problems of the detectives themselves. The end was neat, probably a little too neat, with everyone confessing under little pressure. I was puzzled that there was no explanation as to what happened to Med. The outside team came in then little was heard of them. Did they find out what happened? A drugs gang I assume.
i was puzzled as to why high profile actor stephen tompkinson was cast as the murder victim in the first minute, never to be seen again? i was expecting some flashbacks but none came . . .
