I have received the Sky Hub this morning, but that’s it.

Does the SkyQ box and remote come with the engineer when he comes to install it? Thanks

Don't think that you are mentally defective or thick.......navigation is not easy andtakes time toget used to.

I changed form BT to Sky a month ago and it turned into a nightmare. Installation by the technician was seamless but after that - Yoyo - You're on your own, as it is so difficult to get Help.
"As a valued customer we want to give you special help".
"I can't get online."
"We'll send you a TXT."
Text arrives .... "Go online to Sky page."

I phoned every Sky number I could find ... and spoke to the Cancellations Dept who were very good at getting someone to speak to me.
