I would do anything for love (but I wont do that)
Plus the cat was only going to be kept in for 10hours. Take my lot for 10 hours so I can get a decent sleep :D
I don't have a cat, but I think feeding, petting, and vet attention when needed are about the limit for me.
When I see 'Missing Cat' posts on FB I often wonder if the cat has maybe run away from home and doesn't want to be found.

The Cat was probably just taking a short holiday. His human was a little OTT.

Aye, my cat was a neighbours who didn’t look after him, he just decided he was moving in with me, he was less than 6month old when he started coming in. I’ve had him permanent here for 2 years now, my neebs haven’t said anything about him being ‘mine’ now which saves a bit of hassle
What a silly git! I don't trust cats. They always seem devious to me and will kill small wildlife for no reason. No thanks!

I don’t trust humans. They are devious and will kill any wildlife for no reason

So steg, cats and humans - a match made in heaven! Both deserve each other. But I'll definitely give it a miss!
Don't worry 10Clarion. They say cats choose us...so they are not likely to choose you.
You're safe...and more importantly so are the cats. ;)
As if that bothers me! :o) I might have posted this before on here, but one night on my way to work, I was driving down a narrow street of terraced houses when just ahead of me on the right, a front door flew open and a cat streaked out right under my wheels. Flat as a pancake. That didn't bother me in the slightest but I was upset for the children who had just seen their pet kitty turned into mincemeat by me. I was really apologetic to the parents and children, but there was no way I could avoid the cat, it shot out of the house so quick. I offered to buy them another cat/kitten and gave them my phone number but I never heard from them. Maybe they decided it wasn't worth it. Garbage happens. Cest la Vie.
