Email Server Settings

I recently changed my broadband provider from eclipse to Shell Broadband.

I've kept my email account with Eclipse because I pay separately for a domain and my own
**************.com email address.

I can receive emails with LiveMail, but can no longer send any because Eclipse need the outgoing server settings for Shell.
Shell are being unhelpful. They say they don't give out this information.

Eclipse can do nothing until I give them Shell's settings.

I guess I shall have to do everything via Eclipse Webmail. In Webmail I can send and receive directly without the Shell settings.

My question is... should I just carry on with Webmail?

Many thanks Chris.

Since I posted, Shell have sent me server settings etc, which seem to involve re-routing through talktalk.

What a mess. I think I may have to stick with Webmail.
Thanks again.
