I am trying to order an item from Tu Sainsburys as I have done many times. Every thing goes through except they say at the end they don't recognise my address - is there anything wrong with their click and collect at the moment. Thanks

thanks Chelle - I did look at that and they said to delete my address completely but don't know where either.
Quite a few online sellers based in Great Britain have stopped, or paused, deliveries to Northern Ireland because the rules for sending goods there are the same as for sending goods into the EU. (i.e. there's a lot of paperwork involved and, with higher value goods, the possibility of import taxes being charged):

Perhaps Sainsbury's have configured their systems to no longer recognise NI addresses as destinations that they're able to ship to?
So on the address page when placing your order, it may have already filled in as you used it before. Delete all the address info there and use the find my address button to find and auto fill your address again.

There is an email address to contact them but it says it can take up to 4 days to reply at the moment. [email protected].
