Hard one, but a very good question. I am only sure of one thing and that is that I'd rather cook it myself than be disappointed by someone else's offering.

Fore rib of beef in a mustard and seasoning crust, caramelised onions, home made yorkshire puds and a full range of vegetables. Only one wine to have with that - Chateauneuf-du-Pape.

Might not even bother with the washing up afterwards ;)

A bottle of chilled Touraine with it, and a glass of grande mariner with coffee afterwards.
And then a huge bowl of strawberries.
And some Moffat toffees.
