I have heard from Sky - can't believe it within 24 hours when my 8 emails took about two weeks or more.

Anyway they have offered me a free SkyQ box and have lowered to basic package of £25 a month (I was paying for kids package unwittingly)

Is SkyQ complicated to learn etc. Should I go with this offer - it's under a 18 month contract. Thanks for any answers.

We've had it since it came out JJ, you can record up to 8 programmes at a time and you get Netflix with it too

right Bobb - err am just reading about it a little bit there on google and it did say you have to still pay for Netflix,

when it said 18 month contract - does that mean it will go up monthly etc.

Ah JJ , It must be Amazon Prime I get Netflix with then,I know you can get it with Sky q but it depends on your package you have with them

Sky like most now, reserve the right to increase your monthly payments, this is always in or around March/ April
