I cant get this to load anymore on Chrome windows 10, I get the picture with loading but nothing else happens it seems to be stuck, is there a problem with it

Is it a flash game? Adobe flash player came to the end of its life on 31 December.

It was a Flash game but it changed ages ago so that is not the problem
