The restrictions are devolved and as they are different in each country, it would be difficult and confusing to give information and take questions on all four.

Whether it works or not, I feel safer having most of the country in Tier 4. As much as I hate the restrictions and the isolation, I feel no pressure to put ourselves at risk, unlike Tier 1 and 2 where some family and friends expected business as usual.

as I recall, he said it would be all over by summer, then by Christmas and now by Easter. He's just sticking pins in the calendar.
