I think it is jj, I bought a lovely, comfy sofa from them about 18 months ago and I've had no problems at all.

Some is, some isn’t. The very expensive sofas I bought from them 12 years ago are still comfy, and still look good. The leather isn’t worn and the cushions still firm.

DFS is amazing I have a sofa from there at 13 years old it’s still got loads of life left
