I have rec'd an email with attachment from a john kitchen re christmas quiz. can anyone tell me if this is genuine or a suspicious email since I am not familiar witth the name

I have a quiz called "Crafty Christmas" closing date 31st January 2021 from this gentleman, he does quizzes on a regular basis.
