Food You Only Make At Christmas

I usually make two trifles, one a normal raspberry one and another chocolate, coconut and banana one. Never make either at any other time of year. Won’t be doing them this year as it’s just us two.
Himself usually makes a load of Christmas puddings, one for us, one which goes abroad, and a couple of spares to have later in the year. Hasn’t made any this year.
What I will be making though, is syllabub.

I'm making Tiramisu for Christmas Day. I doubt I'd make it any other time.

I buy a packet of Sainsburys chocolate covered peanuts and Sainsburys chocolate covered raisins and mix them in a plastic tub - voila! Christmas snacks sorted for a quarter of the price of specially packed Christmas treats. I do treat myself to a pack of Freddoes though.
