I used to snore quite badly even as a child but this stopped after I had a tonsillectomy a few years back!

I am 6 & 1/2 months pregnant and the snoring is back with a vengance when I manage a sleep! I think im so exhausted as my sleep is really disrupted!!

Before pregnancy i had started to really heavy breathe , I can sometimes hear myself doing it when Im falling asleep or I do one big snore!!!

Can I do anything!?

Before this i actually lost weight rather than gained! I know muscles are all relaxed due to pregnancy which wont help but as I said the crazy breathing pre-pregnancy was enough to disturb hubby and for me to hear myself!!!!

No big deal.
Nasal obstruction is common during pregnancy due either to increased blood flow to the nose or increased oestrogen or a combination of both.
Go to the chemist for a nasal spray and use it last thing at night.
The hell with the snoring, you're pregnant!! Did I miss this?
Congratulations!!!
Many congrats on the baby. Do you roll onto your back whilst you sleep, I find that makes snoring worse. Mind you, at 6 and a half months pregnant, I’d just snore away.

If the spray doesn’t work, it may be that you might benefit from a CPAP machine, temporarily. It definitely stops you from snoring and it will make sure that you get a good nights sleep.
Tinkerbell, try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees -it keeps your hips open and baby tends to kick less x
