I'm not sure I understand your question. I have music on MP3 CDs but they're CDs I've written myself. Are you talking about BUYING CDs with music on them?
MP3 can be a music format. A CD with music in MP3 format would be an Audio CD.

Yes I am BHG, 'cause some music seems only available on MP3, but I guess this isn't an MP3 CD...or is it?...Many Thanks though for your quick reply!
Zacs - there is an format called "Audio CD" which was created for music when CDs first became popular - some older CD players will only accept this format which will hold about 75 minutes of music. If you have any bought music at home, put a CD in your computer and "Explore" it; there will be nothing recognisable on it.
woody - MP3 music that you buy (from Amazon?) is meant to be played on a computer-like device. You can copy it to a CD which will play on newer CD players. If you only have an older CD player (in your car?) that you want to put it on you have to create an "Audio CD"; music manipulating programs usually have the option to do that.
