Rome in October

Does anyone know what the weather will be like in Rome in October?

I was there in early October a couple of years ago and it was 42 degrees but I can't guarantee it will be the same this year.

We went for our honeymoon to Rome in October and it was lovely. Not uncomfortably hot but like decent summer days in britain- short sleeves, sunglasses and sitting outside. Oh, can I come with you?

I was wondering what I needed to pack, i.e. T-shirts/ blouses or thick jumpers!!! I'll go for the T-shirts/blouses.
Of course you can join us yinyang, the more the merrier, I say.
