I frequently get an error message when trying to send a Gmail, specially if it's replying to one:

"Oops... a server error occurred and your email was not sent. (#007)"

Just over the last month or so, and apparently at random. It won't save these emails as drafts, either.

Anyone know what's happening, or what I might do about it? (I have Hotmail and other email accounts but would prefer to use Gmail.)

There are various suggestions here, including: (a) simply log out of Gmail and log back in again ; (b) clear the cache and cookies from your browser ; and (c) if you're using Internet Explorer, use a different browser https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/gmail/2RPrrWUUYzg Perhaps trying each of them might lead you to a solution?

We get seagulls around here...huge ones. They rip open the bin bags given half a chance. I have had a VAST woodpigeon come in the garden door, attempt to fly out the closed front window and bounce off, that was fun. I put him out in the garden in the tortoise pen to gather his wits and he flew away muttering darkly.
Descriptions of leaf smuggling and bird antics have made me laugh.
Those seagulls must be the ones I told to b off the other day. Some of 'em round here are enormous.
That's how I felt recently Woofy. Couldn't get warm and felt as if I was getting a cold which didn't materialise.
My neighbour the other side has got her decs up already.I've been in the spare room looking at mine and coming out again undecided.
We have always had a tree at Christmas and deck the halls etc,but just for the two of us this year ? Decisions ,decisions.

my legs are twinging and tweaking away - I suspect it's because of lack of use; no wonder I get cramps. We've put in a delivery order at Waitrose but I went there anyway as there are little things on the shelves that don't get onto the website, including free newspapers when you spend £10. So at least I've walked around in circles a few times.

neti, I did warn you about the Wurst Käse scenario...
Jno that joke does NOT improve with age!
Yes you did warn me jno but I'll still be able to get them if I cant get UK sausages!
Hospital not too worried about my boobies just need a scan! Lively young doctor and I hate being prodded on boobies so I pretend it's for someone else! Quite chilly tonight. Have my solar lights on outside tree. Looks very festive so now must start on indoors!
Hope you are all ok!!
Oh from tomor.row we may stay out until midnight and we may smoke in the streets but outside bars. But do I have too?

woofgang, that's because it's ceasing to be a joke if the Wurst thing isn't going to happen in Tesco.

Had a huge storm going round and round here last night. No tv! Today its UK damp and rainy. But we went to tesco and brightened my day! That's about it really. Mr N bought some Cumberland sausages to make toad in the hole for tonight . Never had a Cumberland!
I have decided finally to have the flu jab. Its only fair to hospitals with this covid going around. I expect I shall be ill for quite a while!!
Hello. How is everyone ? not raining but suspicious looking. I have swept the huge patio of debris from the last storm. We are having a meatless roast for lunch.
Think I have finally finished The Crown
It's really difficult to follow thr settings in Netflix in Spanish but was the last episode the one with the family Christmas photo?
Is anyone watching The Undoing? I have to download every episode from the internet to my laptop but am enjoying it!
Have a good Sunday! Btw I did not like the Cumberland sausage !!
