that you would happily eat in the past. I have come to the conclusion that my taste buds have

me too bobbi,
As a kid I loved Battenburg cake and fig rolls, neither of which I can touch now. On the plus side, I now really enjoy lots of vegetables which I refused as a child.
Question Author
i eat veg now, but as a kid it was always done to death. Put me off for years.
As my name here implies, I've been obssesed with eating pasta in the past...any form, any sauce. I started cutting back on carbs a number of years ago, and can't stand pasta now. Tasteless, and rubbery. I'm the same with rice too now.
Garlic is nature's most powerful antiseptic, followed closely by raw onion. The bugs don't like it. It is my belief that if everyone chewed just half a clove of raw garlic per day Covid would be a thing of the past.
Question Author
i like rice, however i am hopeless at cooking it
I hated gin years ago...it was like tasting 'finger nails on the blackboard', if that makes sense. I rediscovered it a year or so ago, and loved it.
Question Author
i don't like any flowery drinks, like gin can be.
I haven't had any Gin for nearly thirty years and .... nor will I ever again.
Prudie I did that with pork belly one time when I was pregnant and just HAD to have it. Oh boy was I sick, never been sick like it before or since and never touched pork belly again.
Question Author
I don;t like any greasy food stuffs i must admit, prefer it not swimming in it.
Question Author
couldn;t stand greens, probably for the same reason that they were cooked to death, now i don't mind them
It's strange for me because I never use to eat tomato sauce but now I love it! I seem to be eating a lot less meat then I use to but that can be a good thing. I like liver & kidneys too but have them once a year, if that. I stopped eating beef 5 years ago and now even the smell of beef or burgers, makes me feel ill. I use mayonnaise a lot less now then I use to but like salad cream.
More and more, and the less of it I eat, I find the texture of meat unpleasant. But I still eat it occasionally.
