It is now £100 with free car kit and free delivery direct from GTech. Quite a saving.

Perfect Christmas present for the little lady :D
Handheld what?
I think of little else. This kind of information is gold.
...and it's coming with all these freebies because...it's not selling that well at normal prices, I'd guess.
Are you part of the sales team?
Question Author
Yes I am, I get £1m for every sale I generate.
Waiting for your first million, then :-( ?
Question Author
They've already given me £10m but I am greedy
i binned both my G Tech handheld and carpet sweeper/vacuum, they were useless.
^^^yes, emmie...Which? isn't impressed with GTech vacs, either!
they used to desposit dust on the carpet, i threw both out and bought a dyson which works well
Question Author
If it's rubbish it will go right back
i had mine for a while, didn't use it much but when i did it used to deposit dust onto the carpet, i tried but it wasn't worth it.
Question Author
I shall give it a good try out as soon as it is charged. I won't hesitate to send it back if it doesn't meet expectations.
Mine works well but is a bit heavy on my arthritic thumb when I do the stairs.
No real complaints.
both carpet sweeper and vaccum used to do it.

I mentioned a few weeks ago that my daughter bought round her brand new super duper very expensive full size Dyson for me to try. We used it to thoroughly clean the living room carpet. She was very disappointed when I then cleaned the same carpet with my ancient Bissell and it picked up a lot more. She has sent her Dyson back.

Household appliances are like cars and tablets - everyone has a favourite that others will hate.
I've gone back to my gTech vac after the Shark I bought proved to be much too cumbersome and awkward to use. The only time the gTech might deposit dust is when it needs emptying. I'm happy enough with it. I've yet to find a vacuum that lives up to the hype. I also don't want to pay upwards of £300 for one.
mine did it when it was brand new, figure that one out. it sucked up a little bit of dust and then on hoovering a bit more promptly spat it all over the place.
