Found the cabbage pie thing on YouTube and thought it looks tasty and a different way of doing cabbage.
Shredded cabbage, three beaten eggs, 80g flour, lots of seasoning, all mixed together then bunged in a frying pan, tightly covered, for 15-20 minutes. Turned over, sprinkled with grated cheese and done for another 15 minutes.

Is that the egg one? I'd think the addition of some cream with the eggs and seasonings would help the texture.

Yes Pasta, three eggs and some flour. Waste of eggs.
I’m sure you’re right, and leave out the flour.
