Lock Down Ending

Speaking to friends (on phone) and all seem to have different ideas about when the lock down ends. I think its midnight on Wednesday 2nd December making Thursday the first day out of lock down, but several friends seem to think it's 23.59 on Tuesday 1st making Wednesday the first lock down free day......Anyone have any idea?

I've just posted to Emmie re this Sadie, I thought it started at midnight on the 3rd yet my hairdresser opens on the 2nd and said they've checked and they have the go ahead to do this

I looked it up and found 2 newspapers reporting Boris had announced it will end at 12.01am on the 2nd.

Can't say I can get worked up about just a minute when I'll be asleep (hopefully) anyway. But no, I've no idea when it officially ends.

That isn't what the Regulations say and I would be surprised if the PM gave an exact time.
