Just received an email purporting to be from the Royal Mail.
Says they tried to deliver a parcel today but were unable to do so as no one in. Ask when they can redeliver but need my details.
They ask for my address! Did they not have that when they tried the original delivery? Then they ask for my date of birth! To deliver a parcel!
They are looking for info to steal your identity.
Do not be fooled and please pass on to anyone you think may fall for this type of thing.

Thanks for the heads-up, needawin.
Thank you. Sadly there are people who will fall for this as they do for any scam.
Not had this one yet.
I could see why the PO would want to confirm your address.
Not saying this isn't a scam.
