Sugar gives the body a short dose of "energy" that doesn't last long. That's replaced by a slump. The purer the sugar is, the quicker the body reacts. That's why slow release carbohydrates are said to be better. I used to eat a lot of sugar...naps were a regular activity because I felt so "tired".

It's a really horrible feeling I woke up about half an hour ago feeling tired and drowsy I just can't get up it wrecks my routine I have delayed sleep because of it and when I do sleep it's until after 6 pm when I can get up.
Well, what's the answer then? If it was me, I'd reduce my sugar intake. How much and in what form do you have it?
I've done the same as you...after a while your body clock feels messed up.
You need to see your GP and get your bloods and urine tested IMO
I haven't got the picture here, as do you mean, sugar lumps, sugars on your food or do you mean just carbohydrates?.
If you mean sugar lumps then, why and how many?

I mean foods like chocolate and sweets and cakes and buns and biscuits and ice cream .
How sweet. :-)
Musictv2019 do you eat those food items everyday?
Music, if it's Mum doing the shopping then ask her to stop buying all the sweet stuff and that will make it easier to cut right back.
Right.
Then that is a normal bodily response to high intake of sugar (carbohydrate).
Try to be more abstemious in you sugar intake.
