Alexa Problem

I have Alexa but when I try to download the Alex's app on tablet I get message "not compatible with this device"..what do I do about this problem?

Assuming that it's an Android tablet, which version of Android is it running?

The Alexa app requires version 6.0 or later. So it won't run on older tablets.
