A clever bit of marketing- certain that Biden himself didn't think of it. It is interesting to reflect on what Joe Biden said back in September: “And here’s the deal. We’ll count the ballots. As you pointed out, some of these ballots in some states can’t even be opened until Election Day, and if there’s thousands of ballots, it’s going to take time to do it,” added the former vice president.
Biden, however, has done nothing of the sort, as he has since carried on as if he is president-elect, promising that “we’re going to get right to work,” as he seemingly ignores the fact that the 2020 presidential election has not yet been independently certified.
Such are politicians- and how a career politician like Joe Biden can make America great again remains to be seen. He's had several decades to do it so far with very little to show for it.

Trump didn’t invent putting a slogan on a baseball cap. Any other slogan on a hat is not in response to the MAGA hat and it is not trolling.

The US Presidency is always called before all votes have been counted, as is the UK General Election. The elections are decided in only a small number of key marginals. If 95% of the count has been done, and the candidate has a sizeable lead, as time runs out, that constituency is called one way or another. Not by Biden or the Democratic Party, but independent observers.
