Can anyone recommend a good shampoo to give the hair body and shine. I do not have coloured or permed hair. Any info. would be appreciated. My hair just does seem to have any "oomph". May be age related, I am 78.
Many thanks

I like all the 'Aussie' hair products they have one for limp lifeless hair and its really nice.

Unfortunately limp and thin seems to define hair when we reach 'a certain age'. I'm using an Aussie shampoo for volume...I don't know if its the same one APG suggested, but its really nice. The OGX brand is also good.
I find I need to use other products for styling though.
I've recently started using John Frieda hydrate and recharge shampoo and conditioner and it's made my hair really shiny. I've really noticed the difference after trying lots of other good products such as OGX, Aussie etc - which were nice but nothing special.
Hi, try shampoo from Nivea protect&care, it helps me a lot! I recommend it, but you can try also from Nivea Strong Power or Maximum Hydration, all of them are 3 in 1.
