With the current situation of Lockdown, businesses in jeopardy,, loss of income etc is it right for Children in Need to go ahead and ask for donations.

All Charities have had an extra difficult year and the organisations that Children in Need help to fund are no different.

Are they right to fundraise - in my view,yes.

people do still give to charity and this is just one of many. would you or should one say did you give to the Royal British Legion by buying a poppy. I don't support CIN, but others do, and it's their prerogative.

As every year...they ask for donations and you either give or don't give.

it's right to ask. If you don't want to donate, it's not compulsory

Sadly the Rickshaw Challenge had to be halted at Goodwood as one of the crew tested positive and one young lad taking part was in too much pain - it will continue from home(s) in a virtual fashion.

I still give to various charities on a regular basis, especially in the current situation and I shall give more at Christmas than I usually do. Of course Children in Need should go ahead.
