Olive Oil To Butter Conversion In Baking

I need to convert a given quantity of olive oil to its equivalent in butter. The reason is that the person I'm making the final product for has an allergy to olive oil yet can tolerate butter. The recipe calls for 30ml or 1 fluid ounce of olive oil.

Looking online, most convertor websites discuss the equivalent in terms of fractions of an American cup or american teaspoons/ tablespoons which are not the same as the teaspoons/ tablespoons in the UK. Furthermore, there appears to be a UK teaspoon and a metric teaspoon. It's a nightmare.

I do know that 30g of butter is not the equivalent of 30ml of oil. I think 3 units of oil is equivalent to 4 units of butter but I'm not absolutely sure. I need the gram equivalent of butter to 30ml of olive oil.

Has anyone any idea about this please or can you point me in the right direction?

Thank you.

Melt the butter gradually till you have 30mls which is about 1 ounce liquid
30 mls oil is 2 tablespoons
You will need just under 2 tablespoons of butter about 28 mls
This site says that 225g of butter is equivalent to 180ml of olive oil:
https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/best-butter-substitutes#fats-and-oils

Dividing both terms by 6 gives you 37.5g of butter as being equivalent to 30ml of olive oil.

If you need that as a formula for use in other recipes, simply divide by 4 and then multiply by 5.
