Tv Licence Farce!

I've applied twice with the form and set up my DD, today I've received yet another same form to fill in, now holding on the phone, 40 minutes and counting , I'm near to saying
Okay you won't take notice of me then ***! I'll not have a licence !

We sent a cheque for our license at the start of October. This week we received a letter to say their was no cheque in with the application.
So had to send another and go to bank to put a stop on the cheque.

I scan every cheque I write
( and send a scan to some whiner once or twice a year - it does shut them up)
