Hi, i'm having a little bit of a rough time lately. My brain feels like spaghetti. It's always been this way. I can't seem to unjumble my head. I have low self esteem also. I've tried a variety of ways to try and help myself, they unfortunately haven't worked. I'm left with yoga-primarily to relax my brain or hypnotherapy for my self esteem. Has anyone had any positive experiences with these methods? i've tried all sorts of counselling methods with no success. thankyou

no but i am thinking of taking up yoga, as a friend of mine has been doing it for about 6 months and swears by it !!
What about a relaxation tape?
Question Author
a relaxation tape could work, but i have quite a hectic life, so i was looking for something to take me out of my surroundings. My little girl refuses to sleep before 10pm by which time i'm thoroughly shattered so i get the chores done then collapse haha
I have practised Yoga for nearly 35 years and taught it for nearly 30 of those.
Try and find a Yoga class that focuses on the meditative/relaxation side of it.

I have had so many positive feedbacks from students over the years I have lost count.
