Peter Tatchell versus Billy Graham's son.....I'd buy tickets....
Would have thought laws regarding encouraging hate took priority over a right to say whatever one wished and call it religious belief. Too much leeway is given for claims of religious belief as it is, and unlike the USoA, respect for free speech here has a different balance, a different line beyond which it is no longer acceptable.
bit like a rambling AB post - yes ?
cancelled because of covid - no?
This isn’t Christianity American style - it’s politically correct bigotry UK style. Another version of the puerile student invention of ‘no platforming’ - not something that anyone who values freedom should ever support. Good for Franklin Graham. I hope he wins.

Oh, yes indeed - as long as they're not encouraging people to commit acts of violence. You never know what people are thinking if you don't let them speak - and if you don't know what they're thinking you're never going to change minds.
Still, a venue has the right to decide who they let perform on their stage.

Unusually, we're in full agreement.
‘Speshly if it makes them some moolah.
