With creme fraiche and Dijon mustard stirred through it. Took 10 minutes to assemble and now just needs 25 minutes in the oven.
Must be one of the quickest and easiest recipes yet and is from the book Pasta recommended a few weeks ago...thanks Pasta!

it needs a new strapline APG!
Is the Jam Shed the Shiraz...I'm about to add to my Sainsbury's order.
Ah...just saw that it is!
what's your fruit in your tarte, APG? Love them when they are nice and full of caramelised bits!
I love Jam Shed, and Jammy Roo.

We're having pork chops, roasties, cauli, broccoli, carrot, cabbage and peas. Then tomorrow, I'm having bubble with the left overs.
I seem to recall that Macaroni Cheese is a popular dish in Barbados but obviously with a Caribbean flavour and they call it a Macaroni Pie or Bajan.

Yes, they love their pie in Barbados. You can have it with your fish instead of chips down at Oistins. I opt for chips and I have never eaten macaroni cheese/pie. Maybe I should try it sometime

That was without doubt one of the tastiest, quick, one pot/tray meals yet. Highly recommended.
Macaroni cheese has never appealed, all that cheese and pasta with little else, :( Maybe I should give it a go though.
Hope you’re all enjoying your meal this evening as much as we did ours.

Only Apples in Tarte Tatin, from our tree in the garden, lots of caramel and crispy Pâté Sucrée on top -my favourite
Pasta if you like Jammy Roo I'm sure you will like Jam Shed. Its a 'sitting in the warm with a good book and bar of choccie' type of wine.
It's in my order for tomorrow night...as is some Lindt 90%. I see it has a higher % than Jammy Red Roo...that's just fine by me.
