A curse or a blessing?
Hated it as a kid, now love it!
It used to be the horrible green stuff lurking on the side of my plate.
Shoving it around with a fork didn't fool anyone!

^Me too. I love plain old fashioned meals. My husband is a superb cook - but why do superb cooks find it necessary to flavour everything with something else, hence disguising the original flavour of the food - when the original flavour is good anyway? It's one of life's little mysteries to me.

I prefer plain food really.... although I do add lots of garlic, if possible...
