British Gas have taken over my Ebico dual fuel account. So,I have logged into my new account on the iPad, I haven’t downloaded the app. But I can’t find a link where I can give them my meter readings. Help please!

We also switched from Ebico to British Gas and they only asked for the reading a good while after the switch date and that was by letter (paper through the post). Their site really is, in my opinion, pretty awful but it is possible to submit a meter reading and here is one way: Log into your account. Go to "Help & support" and then type "Meter reading" in the search...

Have they actually asked for your meter readings?

Said they need them by 20th, maybe they will contact me again .... has this happened to anyone else?
I was just thinking, if they have asked for your meter readings, they would presumably have provided a link there and then, and said something like 'send your readings now'.

Log into your account. Go to "Help & support" and then type "Meter reading" in the search bar - you will then get "Submit meter reading" as a choice. You should manage to negotiate the way from there.

Thanks all, and yes Karl I managed that .... thanks again. They are reviewing my gas tariff in July 2021 and Electric 2022. With they could do them both at the same time. Why do these people makes things difficult for us? I wonder if British Gas’s tariffs are competitive.....
