I bought this some time ago and love it, however the cable is not long enough and so I plan to extend with more cable,

Would anybody know (before I open it up) - would it be earthed. Thanks

I am using a cable extension block but it is too cumbersome.

Did it come with a plug attached,If so check inside the plug and see if ther is an earth wire.

just went to look and the plug is "moulded" on, so I would be cutting it off
