I rang Sky today because my bill was £13 more than last month. They said it was because my 18 month contract had ended and my payments would increase. Anyway, I've got a new contract now with a new router to boost my internet speed and will be paying £20 less from November :o)

End of the call he told me to complete a survey :o/
